Pioneering HR team gains national recognition for employee engagement success

A small but pioneering HR team focused on employee engagement to support business success has been shortlisted for a major national award.

The team at the Priory Learning Trust in Somerset was shortlisted for its strategy on using employee engagement platforms to drive business strategy in the National Reward Gateway Awards.

They will now appear in the grand finals at Tate Modern next month alongside four other shortlisted finalists including Tower Hamlets Homes and Travis Perkins. There were hundreds of entries across the categories.
